The Drappier Carte d'Or Champagne Blanc de Noir expresses all the aromas of the noble grape variety Pinot Noir. This in fact constitutes 80% of the blend. A red grape producing white juice, it is sought after not only for its structure but also for its very characteristic fine notes of red fruits.

Sourced from the Rooster Vineyard in Lake County, California, this Sauvignon Blanc gives us deliciously bright acidity and beautiful, firm structure. At its core, the wine offers classic grapefruit notes, with hints of gooseberry and herbs.

This beautiful well balanced Pinot Noir is a blend from some of Oregon's finest vineyards. Evan's Vineyard is owned by Philip and Sheryl Jones who also produce New Zealand's highly respected Goose Bay wines. Ripe berry fruit with hints of black cherry, along with minerally and earthy overtones.

The Covenant Red C Cabernet Sauvignon is rich and opulent, yet accessible. Winemaker Jeff Morgan crafts this in the same style as his top Cabernet, resulting in a highly vivacious character with ripe, round, black cherry, blackberry and herb flavors couched in firm acidity and soft, supple tannins. The layered flavors and textures are showing beautifully in the glass, and the finish is long and lush on the palate.

Borgo Reale, Brunello di Montalcino 2007. Floral and fruity on the nose, its flavor suggests plums, berries and minerals with earthy hints of coffee and tobacco leading to a long finish. Mouthwatering acidity will be the perfect showstopper to round out any meal.

Barons Edmond and Benjamin de Rothschild are proud to present their Haut-Médoc, a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (60%) and Merlot (40%). From harvest to bottling, this wine was produced with the utmost commitment to quality. This wine was aged in French oak barrels for 12 months, according to the tradition established by the great wines of Bordeaux. The wine offers attractive spicy notes, with rich fruit flavors. You will enjoy the round and velvety tannic structure that's characteristic of this great wine.
