Winemaker Maryam Hariri is coming to Anfora on Thursday, March 21st, to give a sneak peek of her new project, Azizam Wines. 

Maryam, a climate change policy maker turned climate-adaptive winemaker, launched her label Azizam in 2022, after 4 years of honing her skills at Bichi Wines in Baja. Her focus is on climate-adaptive grapes and uniquely Mexican varietals, sourced from old vines, lost ranches, and small-scale sustainable farms.

Maryam’s Persian heritage and use of ancient production methods come together to create truly stunning wines with undeniable soul.
